Pierce College is a state owned two-year community college that offers the first two years of college classes for students for about 20 hours of instruction each week. International students come here from all over the world to take an associate degree (university transfer) degree program, study English, acquire a professional degree in technology and attending certification courses, as well as our high school diploma programs with majoring in arts, business, mass communications, Computer, Economics, Education, Engineering, Theater Arts and Digital Cinema.

Pierce College providing excellent academic atmosphere and quality teaching, all teachers have a master’s or doctorate. The adoption of small-class teaching at the college enables students to receive more careful guidance so that they can gradually adapt to the learning model of the university. This is very important to the newly graduated middle school students. Pierce College also offers an English conversation partner program, which is helpful for overseas students who come to the United States to learn English.

Associate Degree (University Transfer – 2 + 2 = 4): Students can complete an associate’s degree at Pierce College for two years and then transfer to college for another two years before getting a bachelor’s degree. The school has many major subjects, including arts, business, mass communication, computer, economics, education, engineering, theater arts and digital cinema.

Admissions counselors can help students successfully transfer to university; recent graduates have been transferred to the University of Washington, New York University, UCLA, Carnegie Mellon, Purdue, the San Francisco Art Institute, the Fashion Institute of New York and many other well-known universities .

School life

International students can make new friends by joining student societies and organizations, sports school teams, student councils, on-campus music, theater and film productions.
